Dr. Ishwar Chandra Behera has graduated from V.S.S. Medical College, Burla, and did his postgraduation from S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack. He follwoed up with his fellowship in Emergency Medicine from C.M.C. Vellore. He added anpother feather to his illustrious career by completing Fellowship in Neurocritical Care from the same institute. He has a fellowship in Diabetology.Known for his simple manners , he is an acclaimed neurointensivist and has got vast experience in dealing with all kinds of critically ill neuro patients.
